Whether you’re working, studying, meditating, chilling out, or need to fall asleep, the sound of rain and even the occasional bit of light thunder can be the perfect soundtrack. Sometimes known as white noise, or even pink noise, a raining sound can help cover up noises and distractions with a natural soundtrack. Many use rainy sounds as a way to curb anxiety and depression. Some live in the desert and miss the sound of rains. Maybe in winter time we want to feel like we’re in another season. Some people think the patterns of rain causes our brain to process and interpret it in unique ways.
